I've been meaning to go to Vinegar Hill House for months! So glad you reminded me of it.
About Rye, the food is as good as the cocktails. I highly recommend it! I don't eat steak, but my husband loves their steak and I love their mashed potatoes. They are insane. Get the steamed lemon pudding if they have it too!

It was a fabulous event and I felt lucky to be there. Everyone I met was very inspiring, each and every woman in different ways and at different stages in their careers. I also loved the openness and honesty of all the panel conversations. They definitely felt more real and useful that the same-old sunny PR tune that a lot of other conferences sometimes have. Running a business is hard and the conversation should reflect that. The WeFestival did this really well and gave everyone the guidance and energy to keep going. Thank you for putting together a fabulous event!

This clearly is written from the publicist's point of view. La Esquina is terrible- with a faux clubby feel, overpriced mediocre food and that hideous wythe diner sign that just went up (no- it hasnt been there forever at all). If you want good tacos in Williamsburg try La Superior on Sounth 2nd & Berry or the new seafood-centric Rosaritos on North 7th and Wythe.
