The Dubai boom can come to end to end but it will take long for it the reason is that the rapid developments and projects which are being started in Dubai. So i don't think that it will come to end it will get stable at a certain point according to me.

Ya the Dubai have become a brand name after the Vegas, Singapore, Hong Kong. But these cities are not so famous between investors as dubai have become it have attracted the tourists as well as investors to invest in different sectors which have made dubai a mega city and dream of everyone. You can say that Dubai is a Brand it self.

The halo effect does it really effect i don't think so i have seen the whole documentary of burj dubai and i have found it the safest building with no halo effect. All the builders have declared it the best designed building.
