Well you nailed it with "it's cheap too"

I know this is probably obvious but the reason they can sell those subs for so cheap is because they use really poor quality meat and veg. They have improved over the "everything looks like bologna years" but it still isn't good.

My pet peeve has to do with buffet style places, can't stand them. I don't really have a reason but something about a sneeze guard playing by the pound just turns me away.

I will leave my thoughts of Rachael Ray to myself, but I am glad you enjoyed that article. I find the biggest issue now, people saying they "don't know how to cook". Cooking is nothing more than following directions. If you can do that, you can handle 80% of the recipes out there. Although perhaps the same people who can't cook are the ones that don't read the manual either.

We tend to go every 2-4 days, however it is a bit easier with a car. Also on the drive home from work there are 4 stores we can stop at without going out of the way. We also have a couple within walking distance of where we live. It has improved the way we eat and the quality of the meals.

Growing up in Michigan also can't wait to hear the Meijer story. That name brings up memories of Vernors, Faygo, Crush and other Michigan "pop".
