When you first posted this, I thought/hoped it would never apply to me. And yet I made a mental note. Heh heh. I sleep-trained my son when he was 14 months old and thought that was the end of it, but then when he was a toddler, we moved, had another baby, had a lot of work travel, etc. Now my oldest is 3.5 and won't sleep without me or my husband in his bed all night, so today I googled "ramshackleglam toddler sleep" to find this post. I'm nervous and despairing a bit. Also I *just* sleep-trained our 10-month-old after several false starts, and I feel like it's all kinda never-ending! :( Anyway...... thanks for giving me something definitive to try.

Feeling the jute or other high-traffic rugs (with nonslip pads obv) - and then put the labor elsewhere! I mean I've seen worse '70s linoleum. I also don't love the idea of solving a lineoleum problem with vinyl, which is just another shoddy product IMO. Also, vinyl is carcinogenic!! Bleh!

MI, I just got a part-time job as a segway tour guide (YEP!) so I'm hoping I can afford to buy yet another used bike in a couple months. I'm still mourning the sale, though. That bike was good to me. And did I mention it was lavender??!
