Joking aside, most store clerks are on hourly pay, there is no need for him/her to worry about making a sale. The good old fashion customer service seems just a thing of the past.

I love small talk. Used to be good at remembering names, but age and children have taken my memory away from me. I'm always amazed by people who remember and pronounce my name right. It tells me they either care or I made a good impression.

I love these series Chris.
It's interesting, for years now I've been pushing/teaching some of these values in your overnight success series over to my children. Our upbringing and values can guide us latter on in life and even in our business.

Morgan, I have to agree with you on the face to face meeting. No matter how well I think I know a person virtually, the real and personal connection happens during the face to face meeting.
