How on earth can you say gender is progressive on this show? Winona Ryder's character is the ultimate hysterical woman trope - constantly crying and always asking the men in her life what to do. The teen sister's arcs revolve around her being the object of various boys' affection. Are we supposed to be impressed because 11 has a shaved head? There was an actual makeover scene. Come on.

It's not that tumblr is so special. It's just that there were things about wordpress that I could no longer abide. In particular, the spam is uncontrollable and if you try to embed any two objects on the same page at the same time, crazy wordpress breakdown!

Tumblr is just something else I'm familiar with, hence the transition. That's me, but for the masses, tumblr is actually special because you can upload pictures via a browse button and tumblr will automatically resize them. And you can just paste in a youtube link. You don't need to know ftp, photoshop, or object embed tags, hence the popularity.

A downside to tumblr is that you can't out-of-the-box include images and text in the same post! (Unless the text is a caption.) Another downside (but a feature to some) is that your content is stored on their servers, not yours. Me, I'm doing a fair amount of customization and linking to content on ladybugoclock.com.

So now you know.

What do you mean the comments don't work right. How?

it was an illustration used to accompany some article yesterday. an article about how people feel automatically close to people when they do the same things they do. like touch their hair a lot or something. as long as it's not at the exact time. then it's sociopathological.
