good for you guy, keep it up and all that jazz.

I've dramatically reduced my drinking and have taken to walking (recently sprained an ankle so running's a bit out of the question)....though I'm sure the reduction in drinking has more to do with me being back in Canada and not in Korea (where you can drink outside the 7-11) and the walking more to do with getting out of my folks house while waiting to hear back from potential employers.

dratted economy...cheers on the running though!

okay okay apparently i'm just an idiot (but one who IS on vacation, so I blame my 'tardedness on the fact that I'm in a cabin in the Smokies) and didn't realize that not all files are available as .movs...durrrr!

I would love to know if anybody else out there is on a mac and having issues using imovie with wmv files? Whats a good program that allows you to convert wmv files to (is it mov files for imovie?) other formats? I'd think considering that Jake n Amir are both mac users, they'd have uploaded mov files instead of the craptacular wmvs...whyyyyyy?! lol

that's better than in korea....you can always get an eliptical, but there's never any tvs for em anyways. apparently they're not very popular.
