I have emailed directly and also logged a support ticket via his support portal. The issue I have is getting some type of 'Snoopy' error when trying to add articles from Yahoo. Articles/Youtube videos do work. Also, the comment function doesn't seem to work reliably.</p><p>I have search all over and found many people getting this error and have not been able to uncover how to solve it.
