Samuel Leib Gurfein was my grandfather - he left przemysl (in today's Ukraine) in 1928, and went to Argentina. This letter seems to be a response from New York to an inquiry by Jakob Strassfeld, asking if Samuel was in NY -- he was in Buenos Aires at that time, and until 1966, when he died.
Samuel's sister, Betty (Basia) Gurfein Berliner, moved to Cleveland, Ohio (USA), and lived there until she passed in 2013.

Hi again. So, the script has been correctly generating the "Outgoing Links" for a few days - that's great, but now I would like to:
1) create a GA report that shows me the Outgoing Links metrics by destination URL (right now, I have outgoing links to Amazon, Wikipedia and a couple more sites)
2) create a "goal" that consists on a user clicking on an outgoing link that goes to Amazon (this could be called an "affiliate conversion" goal)

would you please help me with these?

Hello, on this page on Amazon affiliate (https://amazon-affiliate.eu..., they recommend ASA2, and mention (with a screenshot) that it allows creating "comparison tables" with the help of tablepress.
Is there a page/documentation explaining exactly how to build this type of comparison table?

it makes sense, thanks, Ralph.
with regards to where to add the code, the wordpress theme I am working on allows me to "Add code to the < body > " - but I cannot define the code to be at the end of the <body>, meaning that other code inside of the body might be loaded before, or after hour script. Is that ok?

Hi Ralph, this is amazing, as also is your commitment to helping others implement the code.

somewhere in a previous response/comment, you mention that the opening and closing <script> tags should be removed before pasting your code to the <head> section of a site. Is that correct? I just want to confirm I'd be doing it the right way.

if this is correct, then the code i'd be copying would start at
function _gaLt(event) {

and end at
... + _gaLtEvt, _gaLt)});

is that correct?

Buyers' beware: What is incredible, and a very frustrating business policy by Namecheap, is that **only** domains bought at or transferred to Namecheap can be used!
this means that if you (as is my case) have bought your domain elsewhere, you will be **forced** to transfer it to namecheap in order to be able to use it fully on your website.
There's no way this is a technical issue that the namecheap's team cannot solve - it can only be a sales tactic. So, if you bought your domain at another registrar, keep in mind that you'll *have* to transfer it to namecheap if you want your site's URL to be what you intended it to be

This means that godaddy simply "forwards" traffic from xyz.com to the user's URL on easywp (blog-user.easywp.com).

BUT, how do we set up the DNS on godaddy so the easywp blog retains the domain we bought? (meaning, how do I make sure that users visiting my blog/easywp site will see "xyz.com" instead of "blog-user.easywp.com"?)

for some reason, when at http://disqus.com/comments/..., if i click on either the "Settings" or the "Tools" link, I am taken back to http://disqus.com/comments/ , and therefore I can't configure my blogger profile nor perform any other action on the site...

maybe it's happening because I have not added any blog/site that I moderate? if that's the case, I would expect to have an error message explaining that this is the reason to not be able to access the settings/tools pages.

a side note on the (otherwise great) global rich list website: if you introduce "1" (USD) as your income, the automated message says "you are the richest person in the world!". (this error is caused by not adding a number in the sentence, which should look like "you are the xxxxxth richest person in the world".

funny how many times a corner user case can deliver an ironic result :-)
