I am 26 with 3 kids and I have never felt better! This is not a starvation diet. I have seen nothing but benefits, because I follow the diet properly. I take a small range of multivitamins (recommended by my doctor who I visit once a week to check my progress to ensure I am not harming my body) and I ensure that my five bites (twice a day) have 3 bites of high protein, 1 bite of vegetables, and 1 bite of anything I wish. My energy has gone through the roof!!! I actually run around the yard with my kids and I don't get tired for a long time. I sleep better than I have in years and have had several medical problems disappear--such as problems with the constant (now non-existent) knee pain I have suffered with for 5 years and my back pain from carrying the extra weight is now gone. This diet is simply following the same diet as a person who has undergone gastric bypass. People don't criticize them for not eating "like they are supposed to". Those people don't starve to death do they? And no, I don't feel hungry all the time because I am able to drink as many zero calorie fluids as I like including zero calorie sodas, water, diet green tea, black coffee, and a range of crystal light products, etc. I am not putting harmful diet pills in my system--only the nutrients NEEDED. So why don't you try the diet PROPERLY before you start acting like you know what you're talking about.</p>
