My Dad predicted this would happen - when Shari and I were booking our honeymoon to Tahiti for this May, he reccomended we use our Amex Points to pay for the flights, even though they were on sale - he said you never know when Amex will start putting restrictions on point usage, etc, and that in this economy we should all be conserving our cash when possible... So we took his advice and used 160K points to cover the honeymoon... now I'm glad we did!

You see the David Pogue article last week about the Storm? He KILLED it... never seen him been so critical as he was about this device... I agree with him though, if everything he said about his experience is true, then RIM will need to release a new OS update for this device ASAP if it wants to even remotely compete with iPhone...

Bedroom receiver wasn't able to pick up a signal... all better now, except still not getting all the HD channels because my building doesn't have a 5-LNB dish installed... hopefully we will be upgraded in the next few weeks...
