Ha, ha! But I absolutely love seared tuna, and with the wasabi, this salad has to be fantastic!

Re: Not Your Average Cup of Joe

Interesting to read about your journey with coffee and this drink. Coffee has a lot of cultural meaning for me especially now that I have lived in Brazil. I don't have any intentions of giving it up, but I do enjoying reading how others feel about it.

Re: Chocolate Covered Fun

A beer and chocolate tasting? Oh my, that sounds amazing! What a great event!

Re: A Gift, Not a Punishment

What a spread! Those watermelon balls look beautiful and I bet that is a great flavor combination. Also, wanted to mention that the fish sticks in your last post sound awesome. I've not used coconut flour before.

Re: My Visit To Ireland’s West Coast

All the photos are so beautiful! We only passed thru Galway on our first visit. Next year we are hoping to visit for a while there. It looks like you are having a fantastic time!

Re: My Ireland Impressions

So great to read your impressions. I love Ireland, however, Dublin is not my favorite part. I love the Eastern Coast and I'm looking forward to exploring other cities like Cork and Galway on future visits (maybe next year). Have you tried Bulmers yet? Best cider ever! And there is absolutely nothing like Guinness from the source.

Oh, and I hear ya about the drinking. Holy crap they can put it away. My husband works with several Irish guys and I have honestly never seen anything like it. Livers of steel.

Re: Can…

Love this! I've been reading through your posts and I noticed the comment about the time spent on the computer when traveling. Posts and sharing my experiences is just part of it for us, just as you mentioned. All your awesome photos are a perfect example of why it's important to me. I love reading about others and I love sharing my own. All these pics of Munich bring such a huge smile to may face. They are amazing!

Re: My German Impressions

This one had me laughing out loud. You are correct. BO = big issue in that part of Europe.

Although I don't desire to be disliked just because I'm from the US there is a part of that which is appealing to me when it comes to Europe. Frankly, they don't care what we do which when it comes to food and health (my favorite topics) means they are likely to hold on to their cultural (read awesome) practices. It's very different from Brazil where I feel so many want so badly to be like, act like and adopt practices in the US. And as we know, when it comes to health practices this is not a postive thing.

Re: My Germany

Oh wow, haven't been by in a while and I missed so much! Your photos of Switzerland are fantastic. We haven't been there yet, but it looks absolutely amazing.

I love Munich and really hope to go back again. It was a really quick trip the first time. I had the same experience as you with the speaking in Vienna. I learned what to say in German and they always responded "a little bit." It was so funny when we went to the Sacherhotel there to have Sachertorte. I asked the waiter if he spoke English and he looked at me like I was a complete idiot. Like as if to say, lady of course I do, only tourists come here. Ha, ha!

Re: Nominate Your Favorite Writing Blog: 4th Annual Top Top 10 Blogs for Writers Contest

I nominate the Freelance Writing Jobs Network (http://www.freelancewriting....
