simple, butter - flour warm in pan. add milk, cheese, salt and pepper, some mustard, chili flakes and stir....dont let it boil. don't even bother worrying about measurements just judge as you go along. if its too runny add more flour or if its too sticky add more milk. Really easy! Good Luck.

Thanks for the background - I presumed they had nicer flavours than the fake strawberry jam and weird milk jam middles they sell everywhere else. Actually I had a Roladin one last week and it wasn't so good. Happy Chanukah to you too !

Italy somewhere. More pizza, less paellla. Drowning for 2 minutes is pretty scary, glad you made it. When a wave takes you out you can feel very scared that your head wont make it to the top again. But it always does.
