This is why I am holding off to get my new Mac Pro. Any word on if they will bring back the 30inch monitors with new specs. The 27inch is no slouch but I want huge screen real estate :)

I have been placing Bacon on a wire rack on top of a high walled baking sheet. I like this method because it gives the bacon the ability to render down into the sheet and get super crispy. I do have to flip but it is well worth it.

I had the exact same problem about a week ago. My cousin who was in NYC visiting from Israel was wondering where the nearest BestBuy was so he called me up and asked if I could locate it for him. I had the hardest time locating the "store locator" link...go figure.
