There have been a number of twittered stories created in the past by solo authors - its great to see collaborative work unfold in the twitterverse.

This kinda reminds me of the 'three headded broadway star' skit played in improv games.... But with less boob jokes.

OK, Hulu being blocked is one thing, but Colbert is a bad example to whinge over - right now I'm on the bus going home, watching Colbert streaming right to my Macbook - completely free and legal as both Stewart and Colbert release their content to the rest of the world without IP blocking... Just not on Hulu

They have had their own content free to the world for a number of months now - not just new episodes but past seasons as well.

On a side note, I have absolutely no idea why I am doing this when I have Foxtel at home. :)

This isn't an official Plurk API, however it will be hosted on Google Code which is a great step to avoid twitter-esque load on the Plurk servers.

Photobucket deleted my account several months back citing I was hosting pornographic content - which was strange as the account had been inactive for months and I never used it to upload much aside from the 10 or so personal photos I stuck on there to begin with.

After a total of 24 back-and-forth eMails which escalated to management, their final word was that they can do whatever they want with my pictures and they did not want to review their decision, stating that they received a complaint so they actioned it.

No option for appeal, no way to recover my photos.

Naturally, I backup all my photos on two separate services so I'm not too worried about the lost pictures however the experience had left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Twitter limited my account, so I created another account. I don't see how this stops spammers.

Nonetheless, Twitter has limited a lot of accounts owned by people who have a lot less than 2000 friends.

How hard is it to have a "report this user" feature and limit accounts with a large amount of complaints against it?

In the meantime, Twitter just goes about their business and limits the accounts of all the "A-Listers", the same people that helped Twitter become popular in the first place.

Holy crap why is this making the rounds on the blogosphere?

The aim of the opening ceremony was to produce a spectacular show - and they succeeded.

On a side note, yes the fireworks were faked but a number of articles fail to mention that this was no high level secret. NBC even mentioned it during the broadcast.
