My follower numbers above 2000 have to stay equal, or I have to give the boot to people I am following. In Twitter's wide sweep the other day, I lost over 300 "people" and had to toss that many overboard in order to keep following interesting folks.

I can't follow your 600 unless you follow me. How is this going to work for those of us who are in independent media? I am a member of IRE and IPPN, as well as mediachannel.org Yet another reason that citizen media might just be an oxymoron.

You might also find me as @daohermit - where media ethics in NOT an oxymoron, or at @duckdaotsu where I take all the hits and none of the swill for my little media company.

Now they can't seem to get the difference between my two accounts, one for lighter musings and one for more political infornation. It sure is screwing up my political detractors, who have now defined my as the ugly face of soclialism...wait! that was supposed to be under the portrait that looks more like a NYTimes editorial columnist, not the warm fuzzy one here! Sorry Eddie Burke, your @talkradio.. bleep is having a helluva time figuring out who to hate and who to court to come battle it out with you on your show.
