What are its capabilities?
When will the look & feel be applied? This will need to tie in in some way with the new University College brand.
Is this website going to be a pretty much static website front end with a content management system running it? Is this an off the shelf CMS or will it be custom made to your requirements? What are your CMS requirements and what capabilities does the CMS have?
How will the website/CMS 'talk' to Modes?
Are the main navigation links going to be on the right hand side as per layout? Would advise they sit on the left hand side or top.
Browser viewing, the site would need to be viewable/accessible on all current popular browser versions across platform eg Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox on mac and pc.
