I just started using this amazing anti-humidity spray by Oribe and I am so obsessed!! So much so, that I need to stockpile it just in case it's ever discontinued! You can spray it on your hair after you heat style your already dried hair OR you can spray it onto a section right before you flat iron and BAKE IT INTO YOUR HAIR. One of the best setting powders I have ever used is Dim Light Ambient lighting powder by Hourglass ($45 I think). It's pressed BUT it's also talc free so no weird bounce back in flash photos. It gives a beautiful soft focus appearance too. If you like something loose then I would go with Laura Mercier Translucent Loose setting powder ($38) its finely milled, natural looking and doesn't cake!

Get some spray brush cleaner (or wet ones) and do the ones you use all the time daily - it makes a huge difference ;-)

I have NEVER been to Cape Cod or Martha's Vineyard and I am dying to go. I have been to Nantucket many many years ago and it was beautiful.

Thanks Angela!! I find that if you use brush cleaner or even a wet ones antibacterial wipe (I use those all the time in a pinch) it takes less than 5 minutes so I can clean the ones that I use daily every day. Then I'll shampoo once a week or once every two weeks. Thanks for reading ;-)
