The big blue people let the Fringe down. They invited the festival to their house and rather than offering some free and some affordable drinks and snacks in order to promote their fancy new eatery and make twin cities artists feel welcome they just left their screen door open and a note that said feel free to hang out in our hallway, please kill the lights when you leave.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you are running something like the Fringe Festival and the largest theater in the region offers to be a part of it you say yes and assume they will behave with class while taking advantage of a potential marketing opportunity.
