What is safe these days? I have a handful of friends who thought they were taking the safe route and shooting for that normal 9-5 only to find that nobody is hiring now and everyone is getting laid off.

Makes you wonder right?

As someone who has always made major life changing decisions to make himself happy I can let you know that the best goals I've ever had were the most unrealistic sounding ones (at least to other people). The unrealistic goals you have, aspire to, to be a photographer, writer, designer, live in new york, own a bakery, whatever, are the best goals you can chose.

The world is full of mediocre people with mediocre aspirations. If this weren't true, then we wouldn't have countless people depressed, self help books, Dr. Phil, poverty, wal mart and forever 21. But the beauty of this is mediocre paths in life, going to college for that safe 9-5er, is the road packed with travelers. The unrealistic goals are the ones with the least competition because everybody has a fear of what isn't "safe". I recently wrote to a friend who is currently on her way to doing her dream job that the safe bet is always there, that's why its safe. So there is no reason to go for what your heart really wants.

Life is too short. Death is inevitable, your parents are not living your life, nor are your friends nor is your significant other. So you shouldn't be trying to live to please them.

Yep, we go down to a 44 for the japanese market and the occasional really small customer elsewhere. All models are wearing a 48. (I goes 44, 46, 48, 50 and 52)

Those are denim. I can't give you measurements right now, but they're are standard 5 pocket denim jeans, if you check superfuture sale section or email someone from our stockist like Odin or Blackbird, I'm sure they can give you measurements.

Not 100% sure about the blazer, but we always do at least two colorways. I'll double check. Its either charcoal or a lighter gray.

The bow is not removable, but we also did the dip dye in a regular collar shirt.

Ugh. I wish I'd gone just to get the chance to talk to her. I have a huge crush.

She stated in an interview her gold boots were some random off brand she had heels put on. But the colors are pretty similar. I dunno though, one of her more famous shoots she styled was a girl wearing all dior homme from the same collection...maybe she missed her chance to pick them up in her size (or probably they didn't have them in her size).

Sharpies bleed. Fabric markers are ok. Look into iron ons for a 'quick' silk screen. or just learn how to silk screen :)

It's a paraphrase from a book I just finished you might be interested in reading. It's called Stumbling on Happiness by Daniel Gilbert. He's a Harvard professor of psychology and its essentially about peoples perceptions on what is going to make them happy, for example, saving money so that they can live "rich" when they're old (instead of investing that money in living rich now). Essentially, it's about exercising living in the moment instead of being so preoccupied with preparing for the worst.

Imagination is a great thing when you are creating, but I have to agree being so cautious because what your imagination thinks MIGHT happen in the future is no way to really live!

Man I thought when I saw Arlo I was gonna bow down, but that top kid takes the cake. Though I had to admit I prefer Alro's style, Gavi is a little too over the top/feminine in some of the looks.
