Neverwhere should be on this list - although the novel came out with the series, they were spectacular joint adaptations.

Loved it more than I expected - and I already had the series poster on my office door despite the un-Hulky legs. I work as a lawyer in a library that collects both comic books and courtroom sketches, so the end credits in courtroom sketch form were particularly worlds colliding.

There is a fine comic play in this genre - "Good Night Desdemona, Good Morning Juliet" - which (spoiler) in fact does rewrite the endings...

Thanks. I went to the Women's March in DC this year, and it felt like a Democratic Party campaign rally. I'm left of center but it felt deeply uncomfortable - not only because there were women there who do not identify as Democrats but because the Democratic party itself has a long, long way to go, and the smug self-congratulations and assumption of support was troubling. Does intersectionality mean political intersectionality as well?
