Well, these comments just run the gamut, don't they? I'd say Jessica Haralson has it pretty on (as lousy as some of that is) that being a publicly recognized figure is a helluva thing to deal with, as, like she says, there's just always asshole out there, looking to rain on everyone's parade.

For me personally, I truly enjoy your writing. It's witty, honest, sometimes well-thought-out, and other times just off-the-cuff. Basically, just Damn Good™. So, cheers to you for having the strength to keep writing this blog in the face of what can only be called assholery.

Yellow fever definitely exists; and like verde, I find asian women more attractive. I can probably pin this on the fact that my first serious girlfriend back in high school was Asian, and while I've dated plenty of other women of various ethnicities since then, my current girlfriend is also Asian. There's no real reason I dated that girl other than she was a girl who was interested in my (at that point in my life I was astounded by such things) but ever since I've found myself drawn very heavily towards East Asian & Pacific Islander women.

As for my current girlfriend, she's just damn awesome, and happens to be a hot Asian woman to boot!

I'd suggest being a sexpert entails a lot of things. I'd say having had sex with a variety of people (personality-wise and physically) would certainly be a start, as that would provide experience, but being learned about sexual health, the ramifications of various different situations (situations that lead to sex, occur during sex, and can result after sex), and of course, being aware of the many ways to please oneself as well as your partner(s).

As with anything so all-inclusive, there's plenty of other things that could grant you more insight into sex, but those are the most important in my opinion.

Great post. Having this sort of insight into yourself and what you want is exactly why you WILL find someone. And it'll happen when you're least expecting it. For now, I think you're doing all the right stuff by focusing on yourself and your writing.
