If I was a Nokia employee, I am not sure I would appreciate having my CEO saying "our company sucks, and we're going down the drain" without announcing an immediate plan to recover. The Microsoft partnership that came along the way makes it even worst. "Hey, we suck, but here is another company that sucks too on the smart phone, why don't we work together?"

How about launching an Android-powered Nokia instead?
