I can no longer believe the things Im hearing. BUY A CAR AND GET A TAX REFUND BACK????? Obama and the other elected officials have gone way too far....it's like a locomotive without brakes. EVERYTHING relies on Americans spending and spending well.....thats not going to happen first, people are losing more jobs everyday. People are going to save their money. People are going to demand the interest rates, deals etc....that they want or they will walk away..........I can't say it enough to everyone WE GOT THE POWER!!!!!!

22 news please ask Ann Pace how many accounts over the years they never considered closing, they just charged $35.00 overdraft fee's cause they knew direct deposits would cover the deficit and BOA makes money......ask how many recently ,however, are being closed all of a sudden??? We can see how community oriented BOA is....this woman followed the direct advice of the bank mananger, had a mishap from an obvious scam not due to the company she received the check from....but all Ann can say is they advise us to be careful when we do business, in so many words.....So then Ann your statement of closing accounts in the first six months after a bounced check, then this must be a policy you have been doing all along and did it to everyone.....PROVE IT!!!!!!! If you can't then your only proving that you lied to a reporter, won't answer questions from the public in a public forum. The economy is devastating right now and your company got their financial butt saved from a bad decision to contract with Merril Lynch and your using the little guys to write off debt. YOur institution is going to lose big business ...YOu've earned your horrible reputation.

I urge everyone to unite and do NOT do business with Bank of america! For years their fee practices (charging elderly and disability recipients monthly fee's) when they knew they were not suppose to. Nor, when brought to their attention did they refund any of the illegally collected fee's! The just received the second largest bailout of all the institutions!!!! They are closing accounts at whim to write off debt......they DO NOT care about community or saving mortgages. They care about $35.00 fee's. And YES...the worst most unproffessional (to the point that they should be humiliated) customer service Ive ever experienced in my whole life! DO NOT USE THIS BANK...do not pay them to rip you off, deceive and use anyone or anything to profit! Make complaints....send them everywhere, they are profiting as we suffer.....its criminal and I am challenging a manager from any western Mass. BOA to a debate....come on stand by your company, your 800 numbers for everything that never have an answer....come on! I will not stop until BOA fixes thelmselves completely.....I will and already started with great results, deterring people from using them for a loan, also someone from EVER using the credit card they just gave to this person and then tried to get away with charging them, will never be used, deterred 2 more people from opening accounts there..........and Ive just begun BOA.....get ready
