well he 'hacked' the ps3 isn't quite true he uses a different OS which is different, also he yet to develop any finished products even his iphone jailbreaks only do the bare minimum, thats why there problems with some apps like mywii using geohots releases.

No one doubts geohots abilities but his ego will be his downfall. Read his blog entries people don't like him anymore

i think its a carrier problem because i had the problem, i also had problems activating the iphone 4 then after a few hours a carrier update message came up and after than the signal cant be altered

when wpa and wpa2 is on 3945 it will be backported to the 2200 but i think otherwise what more is there to do

no it wouldn't help it could allow some basic plist editing but once i get my snow leo back up i'll try it in x32 mode first and see what happens to stop the comments 'any chance for snow leo' and will post will take max of 3 days

i'll recheck the channels for a blind channel sometimes happens for people also depends what protection your router uses

okay my testing of the card show it works as mentioned and wifi router (i tired 12) showed no real difference and changing channel adding extended frequency's showed the card performs as expected,

if the card isn't detected boot in -v and if the it doesn't show up there as iopcard doesn't show up with stuff you need a cardbus fix :)
if its complaining or dependency related errors it either isn't installed correctly or the system isn't vanilla and a kext is interfering with its functioning or you require a cardbus fix

more people want the 3945 than the 2200bg and there is already something for the 2200, plus when the encryption i finished for 3945 ot should work on both

its not too badly change beside x64 it should work but will be a few bugs i reckon but theres still major fault with osx86 installs of sl so you'll have a while before people complain, but for the x64 you ma have to rewrite parts and it's horrible coding good x64

i'm one of the beta's and it will be firstly tested on leo but it has to be recompiled on x64 coding for snow leo ad will be more bugs so leo will most likely be done later

the ones which tend to have problems is the one which are over writing original kexts loaded this isnt it's completely new so it should work on a efi partition or even /extra/ folder also the bootloader effects which kexts will load ect

look at what he said 'Port over the existing 2200BG driver to VoodooWireless and make sure no bugs remain in it. Now I know people will be up in arms about this, but there is no other way to test that the VoodooWireless code actually works. This might take a day or two.' and it may be done then or later with the 3945 as it should be a generic thing with them all
