Bklyn has been cool like that..... for days.... some parts of Queens..... and The Bronx...... mellow.... just be yourself and chill..... and no wise cracks....
either the sistahs will dig you..... or you'll sleep with the fishes.... no half steppin'
be real and you might see home plate from the outfield.....

kinda like Gil in CSI..... only in real time...... damn.... am not gonna ask all the dumb stuff people do..... am just a little misty ..... I know a few going thru this...
I dont take what I have for granted..... as a bassist..... I wear plugs.... specials...
I use to be full bore.... 11 up.... too much was just not enough.... then Pete from the Who.... then a few more..... when you start to hear ringing and you know it's
not the phone..... or high pitched white noise.... ya know ya did wrong.... but with
yours from birth it takes it to a different level.... wow.... thanks ever so for sharing.....

that will only start when places like Hollywood and Broadway start looking at men
and women as such and stop labeling actors by age.... just how old does a woman
have to be to still play the lead and not be thought of as old..... and the same
question is for the males.... Redford has played leads up into his 70's... I dont
see George C. doing that.... the term " cougar " to me does an injustice to women
to the point of making them sound needy..... what do you call the older men...
cads.... lions..... tigers.... bears.... old fogies .... and just how needy are them...

but.... ya know .... we get headaches too.... and we cant decide which
tie to wear with what shirt..... we can never find the shoes we like....
and there way too many choices to choose from when we go to the pub
wine...beer.... Jack.... and boy howdy .... when it's comes to buying
a car or motorcycle..... what color and what to put in it or on it....
and to mambo to the dawn's early light.... some can..... and some aint
that bunny with the drum.... but the Dark Question is .... do ladies
like to go alllll night..... or is that gone the way to San Jose....

dont sell yourself short.... everyone is entitled to whatever gets them thru the night.... now, if your buds call you the " RFQ".... could be you get more
than they do.... so they're kinda pulled out of shape.... by now you know
what you want.. when you want it.. and from whomever you wish to share
with... and when you're at that point .... color...size.... shape is not gonna
matter that much..... at that point it's just how in tune the both of you are
and just how long you plan to stay that way..... it aint about color....

True Dat...... this may be the sign of the times..... just who is out there
writing for the sistahs with Talent...... will they have to underwrite their
own gigs just to be viable to showcase their talents..... as for anyone
who wishes to sidestep the funk and go straight to the one,that might
be the way to roll..... do it all with a lotta help from your friends...
that " psych stuff " at times .... can keep ya up at night wondering
why do I dial.... am guessing that you get paid something that's kinda
cool.... but, yeah..... be true to you..... come correct....

dont women always have the upper hand.... sometimes... yeah .... some think it's
a new day,but men share some of the rites of passage.... dont ya'll have the market kinda cornered..... ya'll can do things that we cant ( and wont even claim
to think about...) and am pleased with that.... cant anyone put on a halfway decent show such as this that covers all the bases as well as the good,the bad
and the wickedly ugly......

there are no quick fixes..... once you realize your limitations, then your
possibilities are endless.... veggies... fish... chicken will keep you strong...
red meat every once and a while... is good for you .... drink red wine with your meals.... and try to have two glasses of red grapefruit juice a day with
the normal 6 to 8 glasses of water a day.... do this and you will feel great..
and when you want to reward yourself to a treat: one cupcake will be fine...
try to get to a gym at least 3 times a week..... and try walking at least twice
a week.... do this and the weight will drop and you will be soooo perky..

lamesabassman...... have been doing this for 10 years and it works...
