The world we live in is so different and changing. Sorry for your loss and your attempt to navigate a very volatile communications environment, but you are right. I remember the days when someone would walk across the driveway with tears in their eyes and hug you and you both got support from that. I surely hope those days are not over.

Like many, I am weary of the ads, the signs and everything else - I am counting the days 'till November 2! I have received attack mailings myself. Unfortunately for them, the democrats have a RECORD to run against. We know what they voted for and we know what they didn't vote for. Telling us we don't understand the "process?" We understand the "result!" Which is why our state and our country are in shambles. We all need to get out to vote and get those that understand the process out of office so we can get this state and country back on track.

If experience meant success, none of these things would even be discussed. But it doesn't and we cannot afford this kind of experience anymore. My dad always said "80% of life is just showing up." If "showing up" means selling your fellow Mainers out in Augusta or Washington, I wish they would be absent.

Thank you for my daily dose of Church of Brogan! It is easy to get caught up in the negative the bad and then you (I) feel overwhelmed and powerless. My old boss from 25 years ago used to say, "Cotiaux - YOU CAN eat that ELEPHANT, just one bite at a time." Sometimes I need a reminder and I thank you again.

I love this - sometimes I wonder why I do this and then I remember - I LOVE PEOPLE! I LOVE HELPING and bringing people together. I want to stay away from people that use "AUTO-FOLLOW" scripts and sell me stuff with a DM. They seem to be the same "playground bullies" we all didnt like in grade school.

Thanks Chris as I evangelize this social media thing I can see people's eyes glaze over because it is ONE MORE or TEN MORE things they are trying to cram into their day. It is overwhelming to me also, but it is finding the manageable chaos is what I am trying to find myself. Your advice helps-again.
