What a wonderful read. The thing that makes Frida different though, is that she cultivated her look based on cultural and historic references. Everything had a meaning. She could explain why she dressed that way. Most fashion bloggers merely follow the trends (myself included) indulging on whatever is hot at the moment without putting much thought into cultural references, or even aesthetic ones. I wish it were different... it would make fashion a lot more interesting!

I sometimes think about doing a renewal ceremony, we got married at the last minute always thinking we'd do it again. I don't know, maybe, but now I'd like Jasper to be there too.

I always WANT to love bareMinerals, like I've purchased so many of their foundations... but it never works out for me completely. the makeup artists always make me look amazing, but I can never recreate that look at home. this looks amazing on you, giving you a dewey complexion, and from the looks of it, it gives great coverage. I personally am stuck on the NARS tinted moisturizer right now with the light diffusing setting powder. that gives juuuuust enough coverage without looking like makeup.

THANK YOU! So many people are cutting stuff out of their diets: gluten, sugar, carbs, etc... And I think it's crazy. Once I went on vacation in Hawaii, and ate nothing but ice cream, shaved ice, and sushi and lost 5 pounds. Like, I ate ice cream two times a day. I have a friend who lives off of M&Ms and red wine, and she's THIN (ok, now that I think of it, I have two more friends with similar diets). It really does boil down to caloric intake. I find that if I cut anything out, like sugar, I just get hungry and make up for it by eating tons of bread. So I try to diet as little as possible, because it always backfires on me.

So, basically, my experience no help to this post, sorry for the rant! ;)

I concur about the using less than you need. I had deep 11's in my early 30's and got 18 units twice a year (they suggest every 3 months, but I never felt I needed that much) Because I was pregnant and now nursing, I haven't done it in two years. My 11's are coming back but not as deep as they were when I first started seven years ago.

Also, to stretch out the time between visits, I'd use Frownies which help... some say they work without botox, but I've never found that to be all that true.

Oh my god! I have debated SEVERAL times over the nuface. So it works? Since you look AMAZING, I will believe you. And probably get one. Really into anything that lifts and firms.
