Their service had problems, but their people service was absolutely TERRIBLE. They repeatedly did not return phone calls they said they would and never resolved problems. They even now are sending out surveys to customers that canceled. I guess TONS of people are canceling because their service is BAD! I just have no respect for this company or the management.
