The protocol calls for 2 tbsp. Is 4 tbsp acceptable?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2) I also add MCT oil, cinnamon, and dark chocolate. Should I leave these out during the experiment run?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3) By 'Regular' coffee, you mean the Starbucks Dark Roast?
