Everybody needs to be patient. It's only been a few years. The lights just came on in '09. The nouveau-scrimpy need to stop comparing NIF to other inferior projects. Everyone else needs to settle down. The scientists at NIF are progressing. Review the timeline of achievements since the site was finally completed and the lights came on.

Calm down, everyone. The NIF is built. Brilliant minds are now very busy collaborating on how to tune it TO SOLVE THE WORLD'S ENERGY DEMANDS FOR THE NEXT MILLENNIUM.

Hello:

You haven't provided much information with your request. Will the ATR
chassis include Boeing modules, or are you looking for COTS LRUs to go
in the chassis?

What backplane type is it? Something like VME since your question was
posted on our VME website?

What are its functions?

Can I assume it's conduction cooled, with sidewall through-air cooling?

Some very good COTS chassis integrators include:

Aitech
Curtiss-Wright Controls Embedded Computing
GE Fanuc
Extreme Engineering
North Atlantic Industries

If you can provide for me more details, I can help you narrow it down,
and possibly make some LRU recommendations. Also, I can probably point
you to the right POC in each company.
