They are located near me so I went into their office to see the place in person and see actual mods that have been fulfilled. I have talked to numerous people around town and those postings are from one of their competitors that are trying to make them look bad to better themselves. If they don't feel they can help you they will refund your money or if they know from the beginning there is nothing they can do they won't even take your money. There was a strict qualifying process I had to go thru.

Re: AIG bailout raises bar for action on mortgages

I just completed a loan modification with http://www.fmafinancial.com on my Chase mortgage. They did an unbelievable job and lowered my payment significantly. The 3 payments I was behind got pushed to the end of my loan and I am current with Chase again. http://www.fmafinancial.com was easy to work with, they responded quickly to all of my questions and got the job done in under 2 weeks once I put in my paperwork. I highly recommend them if you have a Chase loan.

Re: Does a Foreclosure Moratorium Make Sense?

I just completed a loan modification with http://www.fmafinancial.com on my Chase mortgage.
