I don't believe anyone sponsoring or CO sponsoring this bill or the many passed similar bills really care about getting it done anyway. They all seem to end up in committee after they have gotten their press releases out and sign their name to something they want to look good for and then the bill never gets brought up on to an agenda any committee for vote and it dies. It's all Talk and no walk. And they are playing political PR games with the care of seniors and hospital patients all to look good for a moment in the spotlight and then kill off any real efforts and substantial conclusions in committee. Look at how many have died in committee folks. Follow the money basically all these politicians are getting paid off. And guess who suffers in the end. And I fully expect to see this comment not approved and not posted because guess who is administering the site.

ABSOLUTELY OBSURD !! WHOEVER VOTES FOR THIS IS ANTI-AMERICAN, ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL, AND SHOULD BE TRIED FOR TREASON ! Not to mention that you have already ruined public education with an ill-conceived and Ill implemented Common Core program. Congress cannot even control itself and its actions and when they try to pull this kind of nonsense it only reaffirms to all Americans that they are incompetent and need to all be fired. Read the Constitution. Do your job and represent your people not just a minor knee jerk special interest agenda.

scalpers suck. game sold so my son and I drove all the way in an hour before tipoff hoping to get our first NCAA game. scalpers with tickets all over the place buying and selling all the way from the parking lot 5 blocks away to the front doors of the arena. not one of them would sell us any for less than 40% markup all the way to 12:35. Five minutes past tipoff and they still wouldn't sell. those guys buy up to 30 or more tickets selling out the game so people like us cant go without paying outrageous markups. And a couple of them even were hostile and insulted I offered them cost pricing as I walked away with my disappointed son. like I insulted them. they were even coordinated with cell phones talking with one another and laughingly told other scalpers not to bother with me I wouldn't pay. how is scalping legal.. oh yeah .. Cuomo. well my son didn't get to see the game in person and for those scalpers "just trying to make a living" ... thanks.

"Painlessly" ? This mans family has been put through extreme fiscal and emotional turmoil. Over $50,000 in legal bills! Is that painless. How many months of not knowing if youre going to jail? And his family forced out of their longtime home and temporarily relocated. All due to his selfless advocacy against flat out corruption of political officials. This may be considered "painless" in some stretch of it all to some but to many ordinary americans its terrifying to think that being a patriot for all will result in your life being turned upside down. Its effected his health literally and must take an emotional toll on his family. In the process of this political vendetta against him..this political witch hunt.. his wife lost her mother. Imagine leaving the world not knowing the fate of your family. But these politicians dont care. The days of civil war have morphed now and the tools are legal, economic, and social terrorism. The politicians and their supporters insulate and hide themselves and their actions from it all through in plain sight. Look around you and ask yourselves...if you had to endure all he and his family had to (for patriotically fighting corruption when nobody else will) would you think it "painless" ?

And with all of the murders, rapes, and other violent crimes going on unsolved and convicted..a politically motivated (by others and his own personal gain via election) DA is spending above and beyond in office manpower and assets to send a patriot like Rus (instead of criminals) to jail..for voting in his hometown of 20+ yrs at the instruction of voting officials. Yrs..murders of men, women, and children nearly weekly in Buffalo.....but making a name for himself and doing this favor for other corrupt politicians by stifling this man may pay off with his election. I'm sorry if I'm short with some of the jury here...And I should be more kind and understanding of their not knowing what theure talking about based on their minute reading of a news article or two. Or from hearing one side of the story from some anti-patriot haters of Rus because he has sp9me out and exposed corrupt politicians and practices by anyone. Speaking out makes him evil in today's sheeple society. I'm sorry for being short...people spewing judgement on this former army veteran, this outspoken constitutional advocate...this selfless American patriot...well I get offended at the level of ignorance and judgementalism by some. Its simple people...he exposed and kissed off too many and they now are doing anything they can to silence him and to possibly keep him from running for office like he hinted yrs ago. Fraudulently voted 3 times..lock him up...ok...that's paying close attn to reality..obviously you should look into the story before speaking so publicly. 1 he was instructed to vote where he did by election officials 2- he said he was guilty to what? Exercising his constitutional right to vote in his hometown of 20 plus yrs while looking to move back there. And 3- lock him up? On next speeding ticket you get or any other petty violation we should look to see you in jail? People...think. Its purely political retribution and bs.

The joke is any of this happened. He exposed and reported crimes by the former mayor and then gets evicted (for no justifiable reason at all) by his landlord (friends with the former mayor). And The speaks to many people and many people speak to the..he has nothing to hide other than his back from knives of politicians and their minions.

So he's outragously charged with 5 felonies for "voting outside his district"? Forget the fact that he exercised his constitutional right to vote in hometown of 20 plus years because he was unjustly evicted by his landlord who is friends(?) with the former mayor cooke (who most likely is also the "unidentified complaintant) and obviously doing it out of spite for Rus exposing and reporting her crimes to the nyag (who consequently refused to investigate the blatant crime out of political expediency also). Let's face it..any moron can tell theres more politics in this and the courtroom than justice.
