Might as well yank Jerry Rice out of the Hall of Fame for admitting to using stickum when it was illegal...Who cares, as long as it's not drugs, violence or endangering other players. Look at any NFL player and I guarantee you they are out of NFL uniform compliance in some fashion. Whether it is O-linemen cutting their sleeves and using stickum so the sleeves stick to their shoulder pads or receivers cutting down thigh pads or other players using unapproved cleats...Big deal on all cases, it's a competitive edge and if you ever played a competitive sport and you weren't cheating in some way, you weren't trying.

They don't have a preponderance of evidence you simpleton - They have presumption of guilt - too which they must prove his guilt - which they did not do according to the Well's report. They are basing their finding on two other slugs, one of which was working for some cash and a pair of sneakers - You don't think that tool could have been swayed to say whatever? Preponderance of evidence would have been if he turned his cell phone in and they found evidence on the very device he relinquished - Which would not have been an admission of guilt, just self-incrimination. Brady did the smart thing by not turning his phone over.

Pretty sure Kraft is not responsible for the murders Hernandez committed - I would even go so far as to say that Odin Lloyd isn't responsible for the Hernandez murder. AT least not any more than the guy Ray Lewis and the Raven's ownership killed - I mean purported to kill.

I am Pats fan and I think there is no way he didn't know - The Well's report also doesn't prove anything beyond suspicion - I think the problem I, like most other Pat's fans are concerned wit is that Goodell may suspend him for something that hasn't been proven - This could really cause other issues - Like suspending other players on the grounds of suspicion for other non-criminal activity - Like tearing the warning labels off mattresses, running yellow lights and maybe even jaywalking. You should care, as should all other Patriots/Brady hating fans - Goodell is arbitrarily running the NFL like a middle east dictatorship.

The seriousness of the "Crime" doesn't warrant Brady turning over his phone - Nor would any judge in America(Unless a Jets fan) in his/her right mind would ever start the legal process of issuing a subpoena in regards to Brady's cellphone provider. This isn't Watergate. That aside, why is nothing being made of the fact that 3 of 4 Colts balls tested were also under pressure? None of that matters because the focus of the "Hunt" is really because Brady has denied wrong-doing - Has not capitulated, why would he or should he, it is obvious that would be damning....There isn't one of us/you who would turn your personal cell over if you knew they had nothing to hold against you, other than what is on your phone? You would be both stupid and deserving of what the penalty is. Jerry Rice admits to using stickum, Rogers admits to over-inflating, Marino smoked weed before games. Turley lets the world know some of his coaches in the NFL, rink and snort coke before games...It is common sense, if you get pulled over after a night of drinking you never ever, ever take a Breathalyzer as you are incriminating yourself, by giving them the evidence they need to "Prove" you were operating under the influence.

Goodell will be setting a very poor precedence if he fines/suspends Brady on the idea he "Probably knew" - The owners and PA need to be on the same page in regards to Goodell dictating sanctions on the premise of "Presumption of Guilt". Imagine if you were pulled over for speeding by a state trooper at 2:00 am, he tells you he didn't witness it, he didn't clock you, but he did hear you or possibly someone else redline a gear? It was the NFL/Well's job to prove wrong doing, which they may have done in the sense of the clubhouse staff - However they have proven nothing and offered nothing to finger Brady in this. Sure Brady probably knew, I mean he has thrown the ball no less than 500,000 times in his life...However it isn't his job to prove his innocence beyond answering the questions he is asked. I think Well's and Goodell are both useless and have left this report to be decided in the courts of public opinion - Essentially reinforcing anti-Patriots haters belief that they are habitual cheaters. Lastly, I thought Goodell was a poor representative of the NFL prior to this for his handling of CRIMINAL activities by wards of the NFL and should be released of his duties, as he has done nothing to clean up the criminal atmosphere quickly infiltrating the league.

Unfortunately for Artie T, Artie S has 51% of the company at his back and by the looks of it, will be getting more of George's family money sooner than later. Lastly, I can say I will never shop there, because I do not live near a Demoulas, Those of you who say you will never shop there again are just being emotional - All it is going to take for you to go back is a few trips to Stop & Spend, Shams and Hand-It-Overfords.

"Kids doing bad" is a very broad generalization...Some kids just aren't naturally gifted students, but they may do well in other parts of life. Some kids are slow learners, who may not blossom until after HS. Some kids are just lazy and do what they need to get by. Some kids are just bored with school. Tell me, why should a kid who is a slow learner, who puts forth 100% effort and only gets C's be beaten down twice(Once for the C's and once for not having the 100% effort recognized)? You actually prove my point that these ceremonies are overrated when you mentioned the "Best Smile Award","Biggest Clown", "Special Person" - Let's just leave the celebrating to the families.

Why reward good behavioral at all? When I was in Middle/High School in the 80's - it was enough just to make the local newspapers academic honor roll, at some point the pageantry of doing what is expected of you became worthy of a ceremony. As a parent my expectations for my kids are School/Sports/Work - Their reward for doing well? Is not being grounded.

Good for Fabby, growing up in Lawrence he knows firsthand what it was like to be cast aside by others(Surrounding communities) because of the separation of classes - There are kids who are just naturally gifted students who can grab an "A" in their sleep with only 50% effort and there are kids who struggle to keep their "C&B's" who aren't part of the festivities because their 100% wasn't good enough to get them in the club. I am all for doing away with any academic ceremonies that serve no purpose other than to create a separation of academic classes within a very small community - Especially if they single out only the brightest, leave the celebrating for the families to do as they please on their own time.

Is he a police Officer or a dispatcher? Is he still getting paid $60,000 to answer the phone? He is convicted of Domestic Violence, forbidden from carrying a gun and given a position in house - Only under the Lantigua administration could something like this occur..I wonder what Fraser has on Lantigua? As for the other 3 criminals on paid leave, I hate to state the obvious - Hispanic Lantigua Ball washers.

I hate to sound so shallow - But I would vote for Diana on the grounds that she is a lot better looking than anything else we have representing the district...With that being said, filling Torrisi's shoes won't be hard to do. With Lantigua gone, Torrisi gone, the Lanitgua hanger-on'ers out of the way and hopefully at some point the 5 useless city councilors out the door...Lawrence might have a chance for some real sustainable change.

I don't get it, imagine what we could do with the money we would save if we put all these "Lifers" to sleep - $60,000 a year back into Schools, Public Safety and mental health - Want my vote? As well as many others? Support the Death Penalty.

I love when some legal neophyte throws out "They are innocent until proven guilty"...If it gets to a grand jury indictment, not only are they guilty - You can bet the tortfeasors are already negotiating their pleas; they are also plotting and planning against each other - as they race to get their plea in before the other; Clearly the prosecution is going to offer the best deal to the fattest/tastiest and most incriminating offering.
