I will say that my Momofuku chili crisp is a bit on the hot side so I decreased it a bit. I added some sliced scallions to it since I was cutting them up for something else. I will be picking up some other chili crisps this weekend at my favorite Asian market and more noodles to make this again. It will be perfect for summer school lunches.

Re: Paper Tiger

I just started another batch of peasant bread. I am baking bread every other day as well. I am sharing with my next door neighbor who is not a baker. She loves the fresh bread. I may need to make pita again though since I love it and love hummus.

Re: Paper Tiger

Take care! It is a scary time for all of us. And I think knitters are also bakers since we all seem to be baking as well.

Re: Green Quiche with Walnuts Recipe

I am making this right now actually. I am using a spinach, arugula, and radicchio blend since that is what I could find at the market. And using up some left over Easter ham in it. I can't wait until I can get to the farmer's market and get a better mix of locally grown greens to make this again. And I made the crackers using the left over crust. Yummy!

Re: Mango & Tomato: Pucker Up No Bake Mousse Pie with Lemon Noosa Yoghurt & Raspberries

I failed to plan ahead and make this last night. But even not fully set up, this was wonderful. My sister-in-law forgot to buy the raspberries but my niece and I love lemon so we were the only ones who ate it.

Re: Dream in Color Giveaway!

I loe the colors but the sqooshiness of the base fiber are what makes me love their yarns. I am a handspinner and if I had to choose between my handspun or Dream in Color it would be a hard choice. I see having to pick up some Dream in Color in November when I am able to get by the store if not sooner.

Re: New Pattern: Cosmopolitan Cowl

I love the new cowl. Could the pattern be crocheted with handspun? I just finished some BFL that would look lovely in this pattern.

Re: Ask Tara: How does a spinning wheel work?

Let's see right now I have a Matchelss. But I am looking at a Lendrum or a Kromski for a second (or even third) wheel.

Re: Month of Love Contest

I like your husband's suggestion. But how about PB & Banana? Or Robin Hood and Maid Marion?
