I would love a few more details on improving it so that the scheduling spreads out more when you do a few at that same time? Thanks!

Re: Modified Tweet vs Retweet: Which style wins?

Changing things like that don't really count as a 'modified' tweet, but if you are shortening it, or removing a section, I like to clarify that I have modified it. (
http://wrightcreativity.com... ) While it is a huge piece in how the brand handles it, I think you added a unique nuance: Why are we so quick to be so brutal to these brands? It's like we forget that behind the tweet/post/etc is another person, just like us, who messes up and has feelings. It's so easy to flame up when things happen, but unless it is blatantly awful (ie: celeb boutique and their aurora tweet?), we need to start being a little slower on the draw and nicer overall.

Re: Is ‘Blogging when you have something to say’ bad advice? That is so awesome :) it's going to be absolutely phenomenal, I am sure of it :)

I am glad to have you back over here, I have only posted about 8 posts since starting the job, so I understand. I plan on getting some time in soon to write some backup posts (ha!) so I have more to say ;)

Re: Is ‘Blogging when you have something to say’ bad advice? Whether we want to be judged or not, we live in a world where everything we say, do and share will be...so we must expect that and keep it in mind when we say, do and share :)

Re: Tweets & Retweets IMPLY something! Stop kidding yourself.

1. if you retweet someone elses complaint, you're saying something. You're saying that you want to help them spread it...which means you find value in it spreading. While it doesn't mean you have to fully agree with it, by resharing it, you're putting your name to the spread of it.
2. Twitter can be context-less, but I 100% think it SHOULDN'T be. I don't tweet something without making sure I agree with it, or I make a clear statement that I am resharing it because I don't agree, but think it is worth reading. The naivete of people is not an excuse for sharing things willy-nilly. We should care more about what we share than that.
3. I think it's awesome that you retweet me, but I would find more value in it if you reshared it because it was awesome not just because it was from me. :)

Your points are exactly why I said what I said, if we all thought more about what we shared and considered what it said about us for sharing it, maybe there would be a lot less unverified stuff and more real content that the people spent time to read and verify before aimlessly retweeting it :)

Re: Who is responsible for a good customer service experience?

I think you added some solid points to the discussion - it's all about courtesy from everyone. If we were all just nicer in general, more helpful overall, we'd all be in better places :)

Re: Who is responsible for a good customer service experience?

Ashley, that is another solid point I didn't include. Yes, it is often necessary to talk to a manager to get a solution, but it is important to remember to ask politely, since demanding it never gets us anywhere.

Re: Who is responsible for a good customer service experience?

Monica, that is the key. If you are nice right off the bat to the customer service person, usually they really try and help because it's so rare :)

Re: Who is responsible for a good customer service experience?

Absolutely - success will always come easier if both parties play nice :)

Re: Who is responsible for a good customer service experience?

Brandi - thanks for the comment.
