I have been such an advocate of gratitude journals for years as it has made a bit difference for me and my anxiety and depression. I think that journal prompts are such a fantastic idea - thank you! Pinning this!

We don't have a pet, but the other day my daughter asked me why so many animals didn't wear seat belts. Makes total sense to me that they should be as safe as we are when traveling in a car.

I totally agree! Renting before you buy is so smart - renting gives you a chance to "grow up" a bit before you take the plunge, resulting in better choices and less severe consequences.

I actually use the Clean and Clear Energy as well. I love the scent and it really does help me wake up! I will have to try these other products out! It never hurts to stay moisturized, especially with staying out in the sun for longer periods of time during the Summer. Thanks for sharing!
