I'm trying to figure out which to use too. And unless I'm mistaken, they've tweaked the photo function slightly. Previously it used to crop and white balance the card nicely for me, now it doesn't seem to do that (in EN and Hello), unless I'm using it wrongly.

Updating from within the application doesn't work for me yet. I just downloaded the installer near the top of this post and installed over it. Worked fine for me.
