He's essentially setting up an unofficial exploratory committee by talking to insiders and fundraisers about the feasibility of his campaign.

I honestly think he's being groomed by President Obama. Sending a lame duck VP around the nation to champion his accomplishments? Why else would he do this? The longer Clinton is the the lone major candidate (Bernie is doing well in NH, big whoop, he's from Vermont...), the worse it is for her and the better it is for a heavy hitter Dem like Biden or Sherrod Brown. He'd boost 30+ points just by announcing. He knows this, everyone around him knows this. He's not poll watching. He's not done.

A few things are becoming more clear to me telling me he'll run.

1. He hasn't denied it. Seriously why wouldn't he say he has not running if he wasn't thinking about it.

2. He's obviously being groomed by Obama and being sent out to barnstorm obamas legacy and advance democratic policy initiatives. Obamas a lame duck and if Biden wasn't running, he would be too.

3. Why wouldn't he? He can get it for a bit then bow out once he's gotten some planks adopted by Clinton. Maybe he wants to be a judge, governor of Delaware. He is not going to sit this one out. He isn't done.
