Yes, we just lowered our prices. The smaller spaces have been reduced from $1100 to $965. The fact that their off the Express train station and have great light, windows, high ceilings - make these a steal. We do have two of the units already taken.

Visit some of the local bars that have been around forever - The Tip Top Bar and Grill, Franklin Palace, on Franklin in Bed Stuy; The Stop Inn on Nostrand; The Starlite Lounge in Crown Heights all have the delightful feature of serving Budweiser for $3 a pop. Don't be put off by the fact you have to buzzed in at all these places - it's part of the charm. And be friendly. Don't give us newbies any worse of a reputation than we already have.
