This is an awesome app, thank you for creating it!

Is it possible to plot multiple origin/destinations on same map? Suppose I have orgin1 with 10 destinations and then another set of 10 other destinations from the same origin, can I plot both or only 1 set at a time? Is there a way to possibly group these in color settings to easily make the distinction? Or if I create dummy origins (eg just change the address by 1 number so it creates a new set), is there an easy way to change the color of the new group without individually clicking each?

Also for anyone reading the comments, the Office store has not updated and is still on version 1.2.6 for some reason, not the most recent version. You need to use the distro link as the older version will freeze in current BI.

I am about to take FAR for the first time, probably the third week of July. I am in the middle of L6 currently, so I commiserate with all here :). Jim, a friend of mine just took (and passed) FAR in May, and he said one of his simulations was on consolidation. I don't know if that hurts or helps you, but I wanted to pass it along anyway. Do you guys have any clue as to what the cap rates on those loans are? Or could you estimate what they are? Is the assumption of a roll over with a much higher cap rate what is driving the discount? Forgive me if that's exactly what you just said. :-)

Chicago complaining about mass transit is ridiculous. It may not have the high techiness of Madrid or Tokyo, but coming from a place with NO mas transit (New Orleans), I can tell you that you should be thankful for the broken down trains that you do have
