Why would you get a flu vaccine? No need for it if you eat healthy, stay fit with exercise and drink plenty of fresh water, sunshine and fresh air. There are too many vaccines and its funny that people who get the flu vaccine get the flu not long after isn't it?
I never get it yet people around me do. They get the flu I don't. Interesting yes?

Unfortunately blackbeard most meat these days is processed...full of hormones and preservatives...my choice is to not have it at all and I don't miss it at all...I have never been stronger, fitter and healthier...and I'm 55

Same as you whitebeard...we are in the same age bracket...I was told I would be on BP tablets forever once I started...My doctor said I can never go off them or I might die. Been off them and meat for 2 years now and never felt fitter, stronger or happier...and lighter for that matter...I agree with you 100% and yes Sids...you are a legend and a real man :)
