Likely won't happen for the following reasons:

1) Given the federal government's financial disclosure, ethics, and other rules, Perlmutter who have to divest a substantial amount of his personal fortune before his Senate confirmation hearing. That takes time, effort, and an army of lawyers; more so if he's got health care stocks.

Not to mention any other kind of vetting which would need to take place to ensure there are no other kinds of conflicts of interest (i.e. illegal alien nannies, See: Zoe Baird) . Since it took nearly 30 years for us to get an up-to-date photo of the man, I wish those who have to investigate him the best of luck.

2) In case you hadn't noticed, health care is a complicated policy realm. That's why most of the recent HHS Secretary's have been either former governors (Tommy Thompson, Kathleen Sebelius) who understand Medicaid and its effect on state budgets, or legislators like Price who have years to get a grasp on the policy. After that, they tend to be either series wonks or underlings of the previous HHS Secretary.

Just because you're a health care philanthropist doesn't mean you would be qualified to navigate the bureaucratic web of federal health care policy.

This is nice speculation and great clickbait, but it's not going to happen.

The real legal question is why did he take a decade to sue after the initial request by Disney regarding the "over-payment" of royalties. That alone will raise a red flag with any judge who might preside over this case. If he felt he was being wronged then, he should have lawyered up immediately and do their thing.

Standard court shopping going on. This whole thing at this is about deciding on the venue where the lawsuit will eventually be heard in.

AMC has it in their contract that any legal action against them must take place in New York State; which has courts known to be friendly to corporations. The producers want the case tried in California; which isn't friendly to corporations.

I'm originally from Manitowoc County, lived in the area during the original events, and a bit of a correction is needed: The Dassey confession was never used to convict Steven Avery; nor was it submitted as evidence during his trial.

The bulk what convicted Avery was DNA, phone records, and a slew of other physical evidence.

The Wisconsin recall petitions -- consisting of more than 1 million names asking to recall Gov. Scott Walker, the lieutenant governor and four state senators -- have been posted online by state election officials, even though signers raised questions about how the disclosures might affect their personal security.

The decision to make the names public, announced Tuesday, means that anyone will be able to see the petitions. By Wednesday morning, the petitions, which have signers' names and addresses and the date they signed, were already available in nonsearchable, PDF format.

Making public the names and address of private residents makes it easier for opponents to check and perhaps eventually challenge the documents. The staff of the state Government Accountability Board is reviewing the six recall petitions filed Jan. 17 and will announce at some point whether the petitions have the required number of valid signatures. An election would then be scheduled.

The board has also opted to show the review of the petitions, live via webcam.

But releasing the identities of the signers raises the possibility that they'll become targets of annoying and frequent political calls at the least, and of salespeople or online fraud at the worst. The state agency weighed the balance between public and private rights in deciding to post the documents, officials said.

“In the interest of full transparency, the board has always planned to release copies of recall petitions to anyone who requested them, and to post them online,” Kevin Kennedy, director and general counsel, said in a prepared statement.

“However, we recently heard from a number of people who are concerned about their personal safety if their names and addresses are made public. As a result, our staff had to do a thorough analysis under Wisconsin’s Public Records Law. These are serious issues which must be given thorough consideration and addressed in light of the statutes and the responsibilities of the board.”

In Wisconsin, election petitions have always been public records, the agency said. In 2011, state Senate recall petitions were posted online in the interest of promoting transparency.

Every signer of that petition knew it was going to become a public document. If you want to whine that it's being used as a research tool, by all means.

But don't sell me a sob story because the truth is the left has been using campaign finance records for decades to organize boycotts and the like against conservatives and right-minded donors. Give me a break!

Trust me when I say I meant no disrespect. My overall point is that this is now the second office you're seeking which seems to be out of your level of experience. If you're serious about public service, by all means run for county board, Manitowoc City Council or something else and work your way up and earn the respect, fellowship and support of the community.

Let us not forget that early in the series, ("Gray Matter," S. 1, Ep. 5) Walt is offered financial assistance by the just-reintroduced Schwartzs to pay for his cancer treatment. Assistance that either his pride, ego, or past relations with the Schwartzs leads him to brazenly decline.

Walt's decision to get into the meth cooking business is not about paying for his treatments, it is about his desire to see that his wife and kids will be financially taken care of when he is no longer alive and there to provide for them. And as the series has shown, no amount of top-of-the-line cancer treatment is enough when it stubbornly comes back a year after your doctor's tell you its gone.
