There would be some dark times in that rewatching... the Chad Michael Murray era, for example. The part where Pacey sleeps with the teacher. Your chair was taken away enthusiastically by the girl who bought Dan's bed (or something of Dan's, I wasn't there). So it has a new home.

It's not really my ankle, it's more like my thigh. I got new shoes but not the Ariel, the bitchy salesgirl at the ladies running store I went to told me my feet didn't pronate so much as to need it. I trusted her, although she was terrible, so maybe I shouldn't have.

Re: http://kettering.tumblr.com/post/541575380

i remember you sleeping in that bathroom. i think it's hilarious. i have seriously considered doing something similar here! also i don't know if i have apnea, but my allergist suggested i might. i don't think i really snore.

it's funny, i don't really feel like i'm doing that much exercise. on the days that i "rest" or don't run, i kind of just feel sort of sluggish and lame.

Re: http://kettering.tumblr.com/post/524104330

So I go to personal training once a week. It's sometimes machines, but most of the time we do things like Bosu balls or free weights (plus core work and lunges and stuff like that). I keep breaking personal records in that, so I consider that my "heavy weights" if any. I also do lots of lunges squats pushups and other sort of "lifting your own body" type exercises in my Burn class. I know no one trusts a class that has 3, 5 and sometimes 8 pound weights as the only thing you use, but it really, truly has made me stronger and all those weights are used in conjunction w/ squats and lunges and what have you, so it's a very solid workout. I don't think I'll be doing stronglifts anytime soon since I've already found some weight/strength training routines that really work for me (plus I've already paid for them in some cases). BUT I do need to do the intervals. I've usually seen things that are like 1min high, 1min low intensity. Where do you do your sprints Orges? It's not really doable in the gym.

Re: http://kettering.tumblr.com/post/491595999

apparently they do! their site says "coming to the rescue of runners with low or flat arches and excessive pronation.

Re: http://kettering.tumblr.com/post/491595999

my feet pronate, do you know if the ariel works for that? i'll have to investigate

Re: http://kettering.tumblr.com/post/491595999

yeah i need new shoes. i have gotten good shoes before, like go to the places where they look at how you walk and help you pick shoes based on that. i've also got other strength building things going already which i wrote about in this post so i feel good on that front. (i do personal training once a week and this workout class that does a lot of good strength building another time a week.) it's really just about increasing endurance and seeing if i can do it. we'll see!

and i signed up! so ... here goes!

Re: http://kettering.tumblr.com/post/468747476

Ah ha!
