This whole ordeal is crazy...first of all - if I would have been sleeping and my daughter got out of the house and was found wandering the streets....charges would have and should have been filed...IT IS MY RESPONSABILITY TO ENSURE MY CHILDS SAFTEY IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE..I have the same opinions regarding people who "Forget "to take their children out of the car ..I almost feel as if this individual - him.. maybe her too - staged this whole thing to get free housing...there I said it and yes I can say it !!! There are so many additional deserving individuals who have been forced to wait to hear about help for years yet they are skipping all of them to accomodate two individuals who's child was running around one of the worst areas in Philly at night barefoot !!!!! What I think should happen is stop handing ish out to people and make them earn it...make them go through parenting classes....get jobs...in his case - go through rehab cause he obviousley needs it...Instead we are going to pat their rent for a year all because they let their child get away from them ...***!!!

SMH...all I have to say is that I have raised four daughters and not one of them at anytime in their lives were in a situation where they were able to ":Dart" out in the street in front of a car moving or not!!!Please keep a closer eye on your children !!!

Working in a cancer center and being closly involved in the whole entire process that a person has to endure in order to attempt to fight this disease almost make me wish it on her - but I wouldn't wish it on anyone let alone lie about having it or collecting money for someone who does...she is a twisted individual and needs to be dealt with ...as part of her punishment she should have to be around these people day in and day out....then maybe she will realize the extent of the lies she has told...**** !!!!

I don't understand what is going on in the minds of these people who leave their kids in the car...In my opinion she should be charged...and then she is saying the driver is an idiot...I agree but she is a bigger idiot for leaving a baby in the car with the keys in it running just asking someone to take it...how much effort does it actually take to remove the child from the car and take it in the store...Just pure stupidity and plain lazy...if I were that kids mother she would never be allowed to take my baby anywhere ever again in life !!!

So everyone is on video robbing people...fighting..shooting people etc....where are the arrests at??? Never a follow up video of their a$$e$ being locked up...two children hit by and killed by cars...no follow up arrests...I guess you have to only be a cop for that to happen...smh

I do believe that the School District was at fault for letting any child go with someone who is not listed as a contact...I don't even think they checked or asked for I.D. but..........I still believe this whole thing was orchestrated by someone in the girl's immediate family or a friend of the family..Why else would the school not ask any questions???? It is because they are familiar with this person and so was the little girl.....What's done in the dark will come to light ALWAYS !!!!
