Problem is that I cannot even upgrade to 10.5.2. It got a lot of errors in the log and it just hang there. No good!! I am so reluctant to make any changes to the OS now, afraiding that it will screw up everything. Feels like Windows!

That crashing is so productivity impeding !! Got to fixed that!
Am not gonna downgrade it too, unless my keyboard stop working again. So far it stop working once already. Me only on leopard for 4 days!

Hi Craig, thanks for the comment!

The main difference between Cairngorm and PureMVC is that Cairngorm is dependent on the Flex framework while PureMVC is available for many languages, including AS3, and is not dependent on Flex. I myself feel that Cairngorm is better for Flex when it comes to simplicity and ease of use and also producing 'less code'.

I will not say it is a direct copy of piclens, but a similar one. It is more like a Google Maps for books. But anyway it is still a great concept. Although to take off and to have a ground to fight on, it will still need something more to atttract its visitors before they goes back to Amazon again.

With Friendfeed going XMPP soon, we could see how these sharing of items can go across the wire almost real time, which again makes sharing much more useful.

Yea, I am very impressed at how smoothly it runs too, and its responsiveness. I see its usefully more from replicating the existing functionality in presentation software to actually merging with social networking applications. Very nice

Very thanks for replying to my blog post and I truly appreciate it! As you mention, most of Curl applications are deployed within enterprises and between their business partners. Do most of them train their current developers on Curl , with Curl Inc providing them with support or does Curl provides the solution for them mostly?

I do agree that some AJAX application really spoil the user's experience by using bloated frameworks. This is especially true for the large number of 'WebOS' out in the Webosphere. However, as I emphasize "_When done right_, the application that comes out of AJAX _can be_ more light weight than Flex and Silverlight." A good example is 280Slides in the previous post. Bad example wise, I guess there is no need for a mention ;)

I hope i can see Curl in its fullest glory. I will do a video of my issues and send them to you and hope that can help you guys in a bit too.
