My best friend did some voiceovers for a company in New England. They kept rejecting her pieces because of the way she pronounced "for" and "your". Apparently, here in the midwest, we like to pronounce it "fer" and "yer".

"Please vote fer XYZ", "Come to ABC company fer all of yer XYZ needs". I guess I never realized before she complained about it that I totally do it too.

So, just something to watch fer. But, I'm sher yer going to do great!

This book was given to my oldest son on his 2nd birthday. It's a great book...a great journey. You'll like it.

Okay, I honestly didn't think much about it when I read this post. But typing an e-mail just moments ago...and just now before I typed "But", I totally did the two space thing. (Ugh, did it AGAIN!) Crap, I feel like I have to learn to type all over again!
