Hopefully you might be surprised with the weather, fingers crossed.

Yes I did make my trip in September again, this years beer conference was in Philly. For my $5 casino chip collection drove across to Atlantic City and then to all Pennsylvania casino's (flew across to Pittsburg and drove up to Erie and back) and then flew to Reno this year instead of Vegas, and drove around Lake Tahoe, Carson City etc, got to 42 casinos and saw some great scenery.
Already planning for a 6 week trip next year. Singapore, London, Dublin, Conference in Covington Kentucky, when three weeks driving somewhere in the USA, have 10 months to figure out where to drive.

Hi, Have a great trip. I am sure you will be fine, great idea to get the shuttle, hope the weather is great for you.

I have been to Paris twice, but unfortunetly both were over 20 years ago playing football. It is a wonderful city.

It was a pleasure meeting you also. Your knowledge of Vegas will help me on my future visits, I am enjoying your stories from your trip there in September.

Like you I travel alone but also have a wonderful collection of experiences with people I meet all over the world. I am lucky to have a group of personal friends in many places around the world that I can use as stop offs on my journeys and then branch off to do my own thing.

I have already started looking at flights for next year. I am able to get 7 to 8 weeks off next year and intend using some saved frequent flyer points for a round the world ticket. So far it looks like being Singapore, then either of (Capetown, South Africa or Portugul) and on to England, Ireland and then to the USA for four weeks to do some driving around in the north east, my conference in Valley Forge, Vegas and some more driving around in Arizona and then home. Will look out for you in Vegas !!!

Sounds like I will need to visit there next time I am in Vegas. I always use my mobile phone as a light to read by when it is to dark to read anything, it is also very handy when I need to find a door key hole on a dark night.
