I think the bylaw was already in existence and no one ever enforced it before but it's there to stop people robbing wholesale from the parks. I think Emanuel just fancied whipping a few folks up into a frothy lather of panic and annoyance against the mayor, because as you can see from his tweet it's not about banning foraging. shame on you Emanuel :p

also, a good way to get a visual representation of low doses is to look at any Google Deep Dream picture :D

I eventually gave up for good (2 1/2 years ago) with the Alan Carr book "The Only Way to Stop Smoking" - after 450 pages, I was more than happy to stop. The book is pure genius!
