new Mazda CX-3 is my current frontrunner. It's a little bit more expensive, but I like everything about it. I will know for sure after I test drive it. Built in Japan if it means anything anymore. Great reviews. If not - Mazda 3. I like hatchbacks, I cannot lie. So many of them in Europe.

The tours were provided by a non-profit set up to promote Detroit, and he went on and on about the downtown and midtown real estate flying off the market, but he was pretty balanced and talked about the other stuff too. He didn't take us to see the ruins though, he said there are plenty of other non-depressing stuff to see. Lots of good food too.

No I haven't changed anything in a long time. There is a mobile theme but I had this for several years as well. Sometimes it gets stuck and you see mobile on desktop.

I quickly searched if there are any reasons for this custom and most sources agreed that it started back in the time when people believed in house spirits and either wanted to fool them or appease them or both. While that meaning of it is lost, it always made sense to me and unlike other customs and traditions doesn't require any effort or time.

No I really didn't, and if I did I didn't know what it meant. Many things I understood and put together years later, but my parents didn't talk to me about that until the teenage years and even then not that much.
